What is Dance 2 fitness

Dance 2 Fitness...and different. Dance to Fitness is a form of excercise that blends aerobics and dance moves. Many people find Dance 2 Fitness to be more fun than traditional exercise, because it is done to music, and participants learn actual dance moves to all the latest trending songs.

It incoroprates a total body workout which includes:
- Upper Body Workout
- Lower Body Workout
- Core/Abs
- A lot of jumping, waving, wining and routines
to the latest and trending songs

Dance and Get Fit whilst having fun and burning calories on the dance floor.
